Awarding of NAPOLCOM Officer and Certificate of Appreciation to Hon. Vivien Villar
Atty. Monday R. Samson, DHumL, EdD, CESE, Regional Director of NAPOLCOM RO1 delivered the NAPOLCOM Officer token and Certificate of Appreciation to Hon. Vivien Villar of Sto. Tomas, Pangasinan as one of the NAPOLCOM awardees during the 25th Police Community Relations Month Celebration. The award was received by her representative Mr. Ric Marco Toquero on July 10, 2020.
