Awarding of NAPOLCOM Officer to Hon. Susan P. Casareno, Municipal Mayor
National Police Commission Regional Office No. 1 led by Atty. Monday R. Samson, DHumL, EdD, CESE, represented by PMSg Ma. Carmela Mercado and PSSg Saturnino Mazo, awarded the NAPOLCOM Officer as a Token of Appreciation to Hon. Susan P. Casareno, Municipal Mayor, Rosales, Pangasinan, as one of the NAPOLCOM awardees during the 25th Police Community Relations Month Celebration. The award was received by her representative.
