CSOP and PLEB Orientation with PLEB Members

The National Police Commission Regional Office No. 1 is committed to providing efficient, effective, and responsive services to its clients and stakeholders. One of the primary goals of the Commission is to strengthen the powers and functions of all Local Chief Executives (LCEs) as deputized representatives of NAPOLCOM in their respective territorial jurisdictions. Therefore, courtesy calls were paid to LCEs during the conduct of Inspection and Audit, and Monitoring and Evaluation activities in the Province of Ilocos Sur on February 14-18 and March 7-11, 2022.
As part of the courtesy calls, the Inspection and Audit and Monitoring and Evaluation teams headed by Atty. Joseph O. Apolonio, Provincial Officer for Ilocos Sur, organized brief orientations about the Community Service-Oriented Policing (CSOP) System and People’s Law Enforcement Board (PLEB) through Audio-Visual Presentations (AVPs) together with PLEB members of various cities/municipalities.
